Last time, the event was fully booked, but only one person showed up, and one other person informed me that she could not make it. Unfortunately, the majority neither cancelled their registration nor let me know that they could not attend.
This has happened several times at events in Hannover, with some participants neither showing up nor cancelling their registration or informing me. However, last time was the first time that the majority of registered participants did so.
This is problematic because it makes me look like an unreliable customer to the venue when I reserve space for a certain number of people. Since organizing an event and then having this unpleasant experiences in Hannover is rather frustrating, I have gradually reduced the frequency of these events.
So, please register only if you genuinely intend to come. If your plans change, please remember to cancel your registration on time so that I can plan accordingly. Thank you!
